Pastor Mary Iverson

Pastor Mary Iverson began serving as our Lead Pastor in November, 2014. Pastor Mary is a native of Austin, Minnesota, where her parents continue to live. She was raised in a church-going family with deep Lutheran roots. A graduate of Concordia College (Moorhead, MN) in 1986 with a degree in Religion and Biology, Mary studied to be a pastor at Luther Seminary (St. Paul, MN) earned a Master of Divinity. After Seminary, she served churches in Denver, Iowa (St. John's-Maxfield), Sturbridge, Massachusetts (Bethlehem), Rice Lake, Wisconsin (Bethany), Mankato, Minnesota (Bethlehem) and Eagle Lake (Epiphany). She has been a pastor for nearly 25 years, especially enjoying preaching and getting to know the members, from the youngest to the oldest.

Mary is a mother to Samuel, a student at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and Rachel, a high school student. As a family, they enjoy game nights and TV, going to movies, attending concerts and walking with their beagle, Abby. Pastor Mary also enjoys cheering for the Vikings, Twins and Gophers. The family really enjoys traveling, as well, having visited Mexico, the Caribbean, 48 states and Australia.

Andrea Groskreutz
Administrative Secretary

Andrea Groskreutz has been a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran since 1970. She’s served on many committees over the years and is involved with Women of the ELCA, serving in all of the offices and currently serving as its treasurer. Andrea has been involved in many community activities and clubs over the years. She’s currently serving as treasurer of the Wells Lions Club. She has also been serving Good Shepherd as its Administrative Secretary since 1999.

Ardene Breitkreutz

Ardene Breitkreutz has been a member of Good Shepherd Church for 57 years. She has served and helped with many church functions and has been the chuch's treasurer for many years.
